Refund Policy

Returns
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs and you must update us with a valid return package tracking number. Please forward this by email at sales@beastsupreme.com or by social media https://www.facebook.com/beastsupreme. This is so we can follow the package and make sure that your return is dealt with swiftly. 
The sender name must be clearly visible and readable.
IMPORTANT - If you do not forward us the tracking number and your parcel does not reach us, then we are not liable to refund you. 

Exchanges are FREE
If you are exchanging your item for another size/color, then we will reimburse the return shipping cost as a gesture of goodwill. A shipping receipt is required.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR ITEM BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You can reply to this email with your exchange details or to inform that a refund is what you require.
If you are approved for a refund, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. You will be notified immediately but the actual credit may take several business days to show in your account.
